The app is provided as is, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reverse engineer or copy it, and do not lift the sentiment logic, the year-in-review templates or the interface copy into another commercial product.

This is not a medical device; it is an aid to keeping a mood record. The sentiment read, the year in review and any encouraging wording are for reference only and cannot replace the assessment or treatment advice of a qualified therapist or doctor. Countdown dates and reminders should be checked against your own calendar. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression or anything else, please seek professional help. The app accepts no responsibility for consequences of relying on it.
